Depending on your circumstances, this could involve reviewing your immigration history, considering eligibility requirements, identifying potential complications or discussing available pathways.
The consultation length will depend on the nature and complexity of your matter. We’ll confirm the duration and fee before you book.
Step 3: Written Fee Proposal
Tailored to your matter | No obligation to proceed
If you would like Migrately to assist with an application, review or other immigration matter, we’ll provide a written proposal explaining the services involved and our professional fees.
We’ll also identify government charges and other expenses that may be payable separately.
You’ll have the opportunity to review the proposal before deciding whether to engage us.
Understanding the Costs
There are two main types of fees you may encounter when applying for an Australian visa.
Government Visa Charges
These are fees charged by the Australian Government for your visa application.
They are paid to the government, not to Migrately.
The amount depends on the visa you’re applying for and your circumstances. Government charges can change and are separate from Migrately’s professional fees.

Our professional fees are separate from government visa charges.
We’ll explain what our fees cover before you agree to proceed.
Are There Any Other Costs?
Depending on your circumstances, additional expenses may include medical examinations, police certificates, document translations or professional reports.
