Where further advice is required, we may recommend a paid consultation, generally lasting 30–60 minutes.

There is no obligation to proceed with paid services following a free initial enquiry.
5. Professional Fees and Government Charges
Migrately’s professional fees are separate from Australian Government visa charges and other third-party expenses.
Professional fees are the amounts charged by Migrately for agreed professional services.
Government charges are fees imposed by the Australian Government or other relevant authorities.
Additional expenses may include medical examinations, police certificates, document translations and other services required for an immigration matter.
Where you engage Migrately for ongoing professional assistance, the services, fees and payment arrangements will be explained in a written agreement.
