✅ Solo Licence
This licence allows one registered migration agent (RMA) to use the toolkit for their own professional work.
You may:
- Download and edit the materials for personal use
- Use templates and examples in submissions you write
- Print or save files as needed
You may not:
- Share files with colleagues or clients
- Upload any content to shared drives, Dropbox, Google Drive, or online platforms
- Resell or adapt the materials for commercial use
👥 Firm Licence (Up to 5 Users)
Allows up to five RMAs within the same legal entity to use the toolkit.
The firm must:
- Maintain a list of licensed users
- Remove access when a staff member leaves
- Ensure all users follow these terms
🏢 Enterprise Licence (Unlimited Users)
For large firms. Allows unlimited RMAs employed within a single registered business to use the toolkit internally.
The enterprise must:
- Nominate an admin contact
- Track internal usage responsibly
- Not share materials externally or with contractors
🚫 Not Permitted (All Licence Types)
- Sharing content with anyone outside your licensed team
- Republishing materials online
- Using the content to train others or deliver workshops
- Modifying the toolkit for resale under another name
🔐 Breach of Terms
Unauthorised use or distribution may result in:
- Termination of licence
- Removal of access
- Legal action under copyright and commercial misuse laws

This toolkit is built to support RMAs in their own work — not to replace ethical case preparation or provide content for unlicensed use.
Each licence helps fund future updates and ensures fairness across the industry.
